Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Address
